I wonder if you ever had a friend before all of this.We used to agree on what we agreed on, and agreed to disagree on other things. Then came Trump.
Trump is, among many other things, like the two-edged sword that cuts between bone and sinew. We now know who are our friends and who are not. The Berniebot has still been willing to talk with me, but I think the virus is finishing the work Trump began, splitting the nation into those who are for it and those who are against it.

The senate was in a quorum call. Lifting that is done by seeking (unanimous) consent the quorum call be lifted. Any senator may voice objection.
Collins got even with schumer. He tried to speak, was informed the senate was under quorum call. he asked consent it be lifted, and Collins objected.
