It might not be THAT bad. Sometimes with lower respiratory issues the “coughing it up” can actually make capillaries burst.
Without prior reason to believe there is anything wrong, that would be my first thought.
I used to work far away from my family. More than one time I had to work over a weekend and go two weeks.
I also put on forty pounds and made best friends with the bartender at the hotel. The ONLY good thing that came of it was a million Marriott points. I quit that job and started working for myself.
I hated being away.
Politicians think we care. Most of us don’t.
But if he’s been teaching in the DC area and the Senate has been in session (while the House took a break), it is hard to imagine that Amy hasn’t been in DC over the past two weeks. That would suggest she and her husband were choosing to be apart and she’s used being up in Minny at some point here as an excuse/cover story.
Boy, that is a sad way to look at the world.
