I went to college with a few guys like that...4 hours sleep or so on an ongoing basis...rare and exceptional folks.
The congressional briefings on the coronavirus remain classified. Is it due to the raw numbers being panic-inducing, or perhaps because there is evidence this is a botched biological attack by China, or perhaps (worst) a successful one, with malice aforethought by the chicoms against their own people?

The incubation period is somewhat undefined, but is apparently more than 2-3 days. A too-early test is useless, as it may yield a false negative.
It also depends on what personal contact he had with the infected individual, which only he and the secret service may know.
