Given a people entrusted with self-government, is it not incumbent upon every voter and public office holder to defend innocent life? Those who sanction abortion are unqualified both to vote and to hold public office. Their ideas in this respect are diametrically opposed to the 14th Amendment.
You are right. We should not even need legislation to keep proponents of abortion from voting or holding public office.
They should pass a law accepting preborn refugees from Virginia.

The only way to prove the baby was born alive is to have video of each abortion procedure
