We should start to relocate all the federal agencies. Why not build the new FBI headquarters in Peoria, Illinous?

Assorted little private companies being operated out of federal properties will suffer... I know of a fed that used to run his own heating and air conditioning company out of his cubicle. He took the day off whenever he had a job. This was about 20 years ago.

Have you been to Tinian? I doubt the cows would appreciate the Swamp critters. Best milk in Guam came from Tinian, other than that it was reconstituted powder. 🤮 The military would be really upset if you sour their milk.
To: MrEdd
#35. My late father-in-law invaded Tinian during WW2. Might have to do it again if your suggestion is accepted. /sarc

Move the entire federal gub mint out of the D.C. area and when those folks refuse to move, don’t hire replacements.
Damned federal worthless gub mint is waaaay too large any way.

One way to get some of the swamp to pull the starter cord on the gas powered muck pump...

Open up the land to homesteading for citizens only. The 1870's called. They want their mule back.
To: yesthatjallen
Cut out the old dead wood and never Trumpers and hire bright eager new staff from middle America. If the whole goal of your plan was headcount reduction to begin with then why would you hire anyone?
To: yesthatjallen
Who cares? They are free to leave... they want to be in DC they can find private employment there.
Oh the brain drain...
Guess what, yes it may cause some issues in the short term, but no one, no one is irreplaceable.
To: yesthatjallen
Brain drain?
What are they working on at BLM? Antigravity?
To: yesthatjallen
So in other words, they really didn’t need that job.

Yeah, the odds are pretty good. For every dedicated superstar government worker, there are about 50 drones.
