I think that the average American is smart enough to see through Little Mikey’s bravo sierra.

I was working in NYC on 9/11 (which actually was primary day in NYC). Rudy was the man, and in fact there was talk of declaring an emergency and having him stay on as Mayor. After lots of back and forth, everyone agreed that Rudy should move on and Bloomberg took the reigns.

Now, to be fair, Mike didn't take his foot off the gas with regard to recovery/healing efforts. But the reason NYC came back the way she did was because of Rudy. It is sort of like how the Cold War ended during Bush's watch but all Bush did was harvest the bounty emanating from the seeds of victory that Reagan planted.

When I hear Bloomberg's name I think of soda bans, anti-smoking campaigns that wrecked the club and restaurant businesses, holophbia (except for his own personal security detail), a despotic tendency emanating from his third term shenanigans, and traffic congestion.

Didja notice I never once mentioned "leadership"?
