Former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean (D) said on Sunday that he is not concerned that down-ballot candidates would be hurt if Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) wins the Democratic Party's presidential nomination.
CNNs Jake Tapper asked Dean on "State of the Union" if he is concerned of what it might mean for the Democratic Party in terms of winning the White House in November or winning down-ballot tickets if Sanders is the nominee.
Dean, a former Democratic National Committee chairman and 2004 presidential candidate, answered that he is not worried at all.
Ill tell you why. [Sanders] certainly is a polarizing candidate, but we have an incredibly polarizing person on the other side, Dean said, referring to President Trump.

Yup. Those podcasts are the deal.
If ‘we’ aren’t doing that, we’ll have a much more difficult battle in Nov.
There’s literally no pushback with alternate information. It’s all brainwashing all the time.
I’ve TRIED to get the mail lady to just listen to ‘Audible’ books. No dice. Even her facial expressions have changed over the past 3 years. Her eyes are crazy eyes now. It’s almost demonic.
[ She wholeheartedly believes in climate crisis and evil corporations. And that something has to change. ]
I never cease to be amazed at the damned fools who will vote Democrat.
She’s an overworked 40yr old with 2 kids on the ASD spectrum (one of them is violent). She works full time so does her hubby. She was put on psych meds a cpl years ago to help her ‘deal’ with her ‘special’ kids. She was just overworked then. Now she’s just crazy. How many more like her out there?
Lots.
She proselytizes to anyone she meets too. Literally won’t shut up about it. Lots of women in her age group are on psych meds and overworked. Most of them had ‘commie curriculum’ in school and college. They’re just finding their level politically.
I wish I was talented enough to make podcasts. But as you said, getting them to listen to anything pro-Trump is practically impossible.
And this lady voted for Trump.
How many supporters has he lost over the past 3 years to these podcasts is the question.
I also think some of the huge turnout to his rallies isn’t because they agree with him. It’s because they want to say they went to one.
“Chills run up my spine just thinking about it.”
Reading your reply and posting the link to his scream still causes chills to run up my spine and the hair on my arms to rise.
I will also be calling for public ownership of the telephone company
* * * *
We should have an entrance exam for the Presidency.
Bernie thinks “the telephone company” is AT&T pre-1984 break up into the Regional Bells, such as Pac Bell, Bell South, Bell Atlantic, etc. And since that time we’ve seen the rise of Verizon, T-Mobile USA, and AT&T forming.
There are literally 1,500 telephone companies serving this nation and that’s not counting the copious number of data center providers, metro cable providers, and networks built within networks.
Bernie in an utter fool who doesn’t have the foggiest idea how this web of companies cooperates together to deliver the best networks of any nation with high speed internet and WiFi access almost everywhere.
I agree, make them wear the socialist agenda around every one of their necks.
Heh.....excellent point......old man Bernie’s shows his age along with his stale politics.
Howard Dean, SUPER GENIUS.
Cancer? More like anuclear bomb going to be interesting how many swing state senator campaign with him
Nice post but this is far less than 1% of the crazy stuff Bernie has said
Dems are not concerned by the history of eligible young voters not voting? If Bernie is the nominee turnout might be somewhat higher, but....
I laughed when I read what he said. “The” telephone company.
