In other words ... acknowledging it's very likely he would spend a significant portion of his
first term dropping off in acuity, and having not been fit for some or much of his first 4 years, he would reconsider the second 4.
If his campaign weren't already over, which it is, this ends it.

Since Gropin' Joe is prone to remembering things that never happened, like getting arrested in South Africa in the '70s, somebody should put him out of his misery and tell him he already served two terms as President and is no longer eligible to run for President.
