Don’t ping me again unless you provide an ACTUAL case where the POTUS actually was able to direct a case and not go through the AG chain of command.
Show me where he directed a court. Give me the case.
Show me where he acted in the role of AG in directing an actual case.

You rummy are full of it. Clinton directed all kinds of legal actions including launching IRS audits of taxpayer enemies. You won't find any written directives but they happened anyway. You think Clinton didn't harass his enemies with court actions? You are indeed a Rummy.
Who would stop the President if he went to his AG quietly and told hm to go after so and so? The reason you can't quote instances is because Democrats do it because it is in their DNA. Remember when Joe the Plumber challenged Barak and within an horror two his confidential info was public. Barak didn't have to order it done, but he certainly could have and is cronies would have never acknowledged they were directed.
You are as stupid as the poor woman who has a restraining order and holds it up as the hubby breaks down the door and kills her. Law don't mean cr@p if no one enforces it, that is the Presidents ultimate duty.
Maybe you would prefer it be taken into the street which is what likely happen if the President can't require that laws be enforced. He has two many advisors that would make him powerless and you are one of them.
