Not so much term limits as much as fixed terms of 10 years at the end of which they must be re-confirmed or returned to the private sector.

Thats what we have in Wisconsin, except voters determine their ‘reconfirmation’.

I’ve long suggested that the Supreme Court should be comprised of 50 or more justices, and that individual cases should be heard by groups of nine — selected or scheduled more or less randomly for the cases to be heard in each term. This model would certainly diminish the political importance of individual confirmations, and reduce the long-term impact of individual judges on the fabric of our nation.
