The Democratic presidential debate Wednesday night kicked off with fireworks, as every person on stage not named Mike Bloomberg attacking the former New York City mayor, who was participating in his first presidential face off.
The first hit at the NBC/MSNBC two-hour debate here came from frontrunner Bernie Sanders, who ripped Bloomberg for his record as mayor.
Next to swing at Bloomberg was Elizabeth Warren, who took aim at the mayor's past critical statements about women.
"I'd like to talk about who we're running against. A billionaire who calls women 'fat broads' and 'horse-faced lesbians,' and, no, I'm not talking about Donald Trump,” Warren said. "I'm talking about Mayor Bloomberg."
Amy Klobuchar took her shot next.
"I've been told many times to wait my turn and to step aside," she said. "And I'm not going to do that now, and I'm not going to do that because a campaign memo from Mayor Bloomberg said, this morning, that the only way we get a nominee is if we step aside for him," she said.
Moments later, Pete Buttigieg offered his criticism for Bloomberg
"Let's put someone forward who is actually a Democrat," Buttigieg said.

Funny that these are the same things people said about Trump, could he cope in a situation where he couldn't just simply fire people. While not perfect, he is holding his own.

And out of the blue my other non-political brother catches the Bern (no way he’s gonna vote for Bloomberg or someone like that), never voted in his life, he’s convinced Sanders would win cause “everyone” he talks to is for him. I’m not gonna tell mom.

I turned off the 2nd hour.
Fox saying Bloomberg lost big (Bret Baier: Wizard of Oz behind the curtain), haven’t heard what CNN thinks yet.
He’s authentic, people like that. As with Trump on our side he can connect with the average person, people that don’t follow politics.
Bootygig is like a campaign robot, the Platitude 9000.
I find it interesting that with all that money, he has no wife or other notable romantic interest.

He’s not authentic. Bernie is a flat out fraud! Sick of people saying this guy is authentic. He’s a salesman. A fake... a phony. He believes all that ctap for you and I, not for him.
We did our part putting up c-list candidates for both of her reelections.
You don’t catch flak unless you’re over the target though. The other candidates showed who they fear tonight.

Butt looked and sounded like Mr. Rodgers was on stage....Noticed he didn’t shave tonight, likely wanted to look more grown up and manly.
But it is not what she stands for but how she sounds and she can sound reasonable and normal. That was why I worried about her. But, like I said, no traction.
I would still keep and eye on her as she could be trouble in the future.
Warren turns people off period, never let’s go of she’s a ‘fighter’ when in fact she’s just screeching alot. And for crying out loud change her clothes instead of showing up in the same black shirt and pants ALL the time......sheesh she must smell!
