Let’s cut the crap. It’s a woman’s issue. If they want to put up with it and not win in sports they’re free to lose out. This will be tolerated only if they’re willing to.

The question is: Should males compete in female sports.
Only if the answer to that is affirmative, then there are mechanisms to facilitate it, and one can choose the mechansim(s). If more than one, one can choose the order and timing of engagement of those mechanisms.
One of the first mechanisms is transgenderism. Use it on rollout of the answer to the initial question.
