According to what I found, a full page color ad in the WSJ runs $250K. My guess is this ad cost well under that.

I work in the newspaper industry and all 4/C ad pages have dropped drastically, even the WSJ and NYT, because of the bottomless drop of circulation.

It looks like a 2 page ad to me and I would not be surprised, if his campaign got it for no more than $25K.
