Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz revealed in an interview on Sunday that he has proof that former Democrat President Barack Obama ordered the FBI to investigate someone after far-left billionaire George Soros asked for the investigation.
Dershowitz’s remarks come after critics have attacked President Donald Trump for tweeting about matters related to the Department of Justice, which led to Attorney General William Barr publicly asking the president to stop last week.
“There was a lot of White House control of the Justice Department during the Kennedy administration and I don’t think we saw very many liberal professors arguing against that,” Dershowitz told Breitbart News. “I have some information as well about the Obama administration – which will be disclosed in a lawsuit at some point, but I’m not prepared to disclose it now – about how President Obama personally asked the FBI to investigate somebody on behalf of George Soros, who was a close ally of his.”
“We’ve seen this kind of White House influence on the Justice Department virtually in every Justice Department,” Dershowitz continued. “The difference this president is much more overt about it, he tweets about it. President Obama whispered to the Justice Department about it.”
“You said that George Soros asked Barack Obama to have his Justice Department investigate somebody?” Breitbart News pressed.
“That’s going to come out in a lawsuit in the near future, yeah,” Dershowitz responded. “I have in my possession the actual 302 form which documents this issue and it will at the right time come out, but I’m not free to disclose it now because it’s a case that’s not yet been filed.”

Would you believe a poor country like India has printed 800 Million voter ID’s WITH PHOTO, and no one can vote without one of those? I think the banana republics like Honduras have a more reliable voting process than we do here.

In both cases, the son born could be American or British. A natural born citizen can be no other.
A son born here of American parents can be nothing but American. No other country on the planet can call him a citizen at the time of his birth.
This is what makes him a natural born citizen as opposed to a citizen.
It is also why the “Citizen at the time of the adoption of the constitution” is in the text, not one of the founders was a natural born citizen.
Any country, including the US, can grant citizenship to whomever they want.
We could pas a law saying the next child Putin fathers is a US citizen at birth, and the child would be.

You are not very kind. I was on the go and my phone spelled your name that way. Nothing I said should have caused you to be hostile. If this is some kind of argument that you think Dershowitz is not a man who would cheat on his wife multiple times in multiple places with a 16-17 year old girl was was not at liberty to say no, then we will agree to disagree because I believe he did exactly that.

Shocked at your level of antagonism. Sorry if anything I said on the go made you think all these things, like my supposed patronizing. Unintentional. I was once in a similar situation as Virginia so I understand and believe her. Moreso since she has spoken out so much more since last year.
Many, many people (maybe most FReepers?) assume Dershowitz is a great guy because he is defending Trump. Abusing underaged girls and defending Trump are not mutually exclusive activities. It’s not patronizing to see with my own eyes how many think so highly of him. I, personally, can not.

I did a bit of searching and didn’t find what you posted.
I like to deal in facts, and do NOT judge someone as wonderful because they support Trump.
Nor do I judge them as horrible without proven facts .
