You get my point. The media has always believed that they had a monopoly on dispensing “truth”, or propaganda if they deemed it necessary. The change for me is that more and more people are starting to see what they are doing, much like when a used car salesman trots out to you on a car lot. You know what is coming and you know it is BS...
That is why he has a unique position to “finish the job”. He was the first one to have the guts to take on the media and the Deep State. Now he is the only one able to flush them down the toilet.
In the first hundred years of the republic, the Media was generally partisan, and people knew where each Media outlet came from.
The Media became highly centralized, first with AP, then with the newspaper conglomerates, the radio networks, and their offspring, the television networks.
They became uniformly "Progressive" during and after WWII.
The founders never envisioned a uniform ideology taking over mass media, and the ideology foundationaly opposed to limits on government power.

Dutschke was popular in my day. The one thing they could never see coming was the power of the internet. It is a blessing and a curse. I served in the Navy for a bit, starting in 1970. I never served in Vietnam, but I sure as hell knew lots who did. The time of the sixties and early seventies spawned the pukes that are running the media now - mostly Marxist, but almost all liberal. They have had time to infiltrate the corridors, but the Internet opened up new portals to conservatives and freedom lovers who aware of socialist ambitions. It is no accident that Trump was able to jack that portal wide open
All,we have to do is go through it, and drag the infestation out into the open. Love him or hate him, everyone has to admit you can’t hide from him.
