Each precinct presumably has the original numbers they tried to put into the app or call-in to headquarters.
How difficult is it, after 3 days, to simply report the numbers from each district from the moment the voting ended?
By this time each precinct head could have walked the results from across the state to the campaign headquarter and handed the vote tallies to those in charge.
There is more going on here but the Democratic Media Complex will happily accept the narrative from Democrats. 'Nothing to see. Nothing to investigate'.

The commie must have pulled ahead, so now they need to perform a double secret probation recount in order to make sure he doesn't win.
They need to go and pull the ID-10-T lever.
To “canvass” is to make direct contact with the voters. That’s not going to be possible, nor do I think it’s what Perez meant. If what he did mean was a recount of locally-derived data at the precinct level, he’s hoping that precinct captains kept the raw counts on something reliable that can’t be altered in the meantime. Because naturally no one would think of doing that...
