Interesting you wrote that post, because I read a few months ago that Trump wants to win the popular vote (for obvious reasons.) The only way to win the popular vote is to cut the huge Cali vote deficit...he lost by over 4.5 million votes in Cali and the entire popular vote by about 4 million.

Apparently he wants to campaign in Cali - not to win the state - but to cut the deficit to give him a chance to win the national popular vote.

I suspect it is way too early to have a complete strategy at this point, but as we get to summer, it will be more clear as to what makes sense.

Until a few weeks ago, I didn't think it is possible for Trump to win the popular vote, but my mind is changing on that front. Particularly, if Bernie is the candidate, he may have a shot at it. He will crush Bernie.
