The excavators are there, but where are the trucks to haul the dirt or dozers to even the grade. And why do they need to excavate anyway? Dont they have existing warehouses or other structures?

Heh - when I read last night of the new hospital, I was thinking of those fake-fronts they built for the Olympics to make everything look prosperous. They could build a new “hospital” along those lines - with the front door opening into a huge pit in the ground.

The caveat in the 6-10 fat hospital build is that, according to the Chinese, it will not be stocked ... show hospital.
