Yes I saw it before I posted. There was nothing unusual from a mental point of view but his actions and speech were extremely fast like someone on amphetamine.

This “impeachment” is highly unusual, this issue has never come up in an impeachment ... as the Vice President of the previous administration involved being assigned as point person in foreign policy of country Ukraine and where executive privilege is commonly asserted ... my guess is that would come up, and Biden would tie things up in knots as no one would know if what he was testifying to could or could not be claimed as such. Another way to look at it, if executive privilege expired after a POTUS’ term, can you imagine all the books that would be written by the aministration officials. My theory, since I haven’t researched it yet, is that he would exert executive privilege and not the 5th.
