Senator Mitt Romney, one of four centrist Republicans seen as open to a Democratic push to call witnesses and introduce new evidence in the trial, admitted disliking not being in touch with his staff in the chamber.

Romney was arguably the most politically leftist governor during his time in office.
Yet he doesn’t seem to miss his brain.

The Rats know that they couldn’t get the witnesses that they wanted without wearing everybody down in the Senate hearing. This was so predictable. This is worse than waterboarding.

Call the squishes. They need to know that they gotta sleep sometime.
A close friend of mine happens to know a big whig. This person was at a party with pols and CEOs. In confidential discussion, the pol (a man) said that the ‘only people who matter are in this room,’ essentially saying that everyone else could die, and it wouldn’t matter. The person grabbed the spouse and left on the spot.
But this is how elites are thinking.
To the swamp creatures imbedded in the slime like Romney, it is irrelevant what they personally see and hear. They must wait until the NYT and the WaPo tell them what to think about it. They are simply mindless zombies, unable to march until pointed it the "right" direction.
