On the same day the senators were sworn in for the impeachment trial, I was in my favorite coffee shop in the progressive Chicago neighborhood where I live (the fifth most liberal ZIP code in the country). Many suffer from especially bad cases of Trump Derangement Syndrome here, as I've recounted in these pages over the past few years.
At the table next to me, a young couple was talking loudly about impeachment. The man expressed excitement that the trial was finally underway, because "he will soon be gone." The woman was trying to explain to him that, contrary to his understanding, it takes 67 senators, not a simple majority, to remove a president from office. I wanted to chime in that, in fact, the Democrats will be lucky to hold their own caucus (47) together. But I decided not to add to the man's obvious misery.

Left’s collective heads will finally explode with violence.
Especially if he were to win the popular vote.
Also, the largest % of the black vote in US.History.
Make ‘em cry again.
Hopefully enough of a turn out to overcome the rampant Dim cheating...
As sweet as it would be, nothing will ever beat 2016. It had the sheer shock value that both elated conservatives (who thought Hillary would win) and caused Libs to melt down into tears, and the added bonus of humiliating and destroying our long-time nemesis Hillary.
Burn the Deep State down.
Get a second term.
Control the House.
Increase GOP power in the Senate.
Name 2 more people to the Supreme Court.
Totally re-vamp what the federal government is all about. Top to bottom, soup to nuts, let’s make some changes.
My advice to them: Learn to NOT DROP THE SOAP!

I missed some of that. I was pretty sure DJT had it in the bag. Re-elected after impeachment would be sweet. Beating Hillary,again, would be best of all.
It might not beat it, but I'll settle for the tie:)
The re-election of President Donald John Trump, will make me happy for the next five years {or how ever long I might live}.
We do need to win the house and increase our numbers in the senate, but those details will take care of themselves.
But they still won’t leave....

Yeah, they’re going to go berserk like never before.
They believe the same news sources that lied to them about the 2016 election, Stormy, Cohen, Russia, Mueller and now this. Heads exploded each time and will explode this time too.
Especially if we can take back the House and preempt the insanity of Impeachment 2.0
Increases in Black and Hispanic vote could have lasting effects and reshape the old mindsets of the Republican Party.
I want my lib friends to realize the good Trump is bringing to the country and international stage.
Trump reelection won’t necessarily be painful for at least some so-called Trump-deranged imo.
More specifically, just as with people oppressed by LGBT bullies, so-called Trump-deranged people being oppressed under the boots of Trump-derangement bullies will probably appreciate when Trump-derangement bullies are held accountable for oppressing them.
