The under age 50 crowd was totally brainwashed. I think declining intelligence is a strong factor. Sorry for the cliche but "when I went to school...." I could figure out if teachers were being azzholes or geniuses. We had some of each and I knew it would be stupid to trust and follow the teachings of the moron teachers. Ones today are zombies who say "Yes, I will agree with all that you say and turn in my parents for being against manmade climate change theories. I will not question you."

I’m just under 50 and I could see the brainwashing attempts by a number of teachers and could see the ones gaming the system even when I was in middle school, sometimes earlier when it wasn’t so subtle.
