No, Kris was picked by Judge James E. Boasberg, an Obama appointed District Judge. The compromised John Roberts, who claims that there is no such thing as an Obama judge, a few years ago named Boasberg to the FISA court. Last month Boasberg was elevated to preside over that Court. IMHO, the COVERUP CONTINUES.
