I’ve seen shows on TV with people in that kind of cold. They had icicles hanging out of their nostrils. egads!
Why anyone would get out in that kind of weather is beyond my comprehension. There’s too much tropical lizard in the ol’ DNA. LOL
Lots of layers...it can be done, especially if one is younger. Us older folks...too cold for me. d:o)
