I just did a search on the "Virginia's Legislative Information System," website and listed under the Bill Subject Index, these are the "Weapons" related active Bills for 2020 (so far):

Provides that a person is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity if such person assembles with another person with the intent of intimidating any person or group of persons by drilling, parading, or marching with any firearm, any explosive or incendiary device, or any components or combination thereof. Such unlawful paramilitary activity is punishable as a Class 5 felony.

Disclaimer: I currently have no affiliation with VCDL, but I do have a lot of VCDL and 2nd Amendment friends still in the Old Dominion.

With the regard to the 2nd Amendment and gun rights, I fear that as Virginia goes, so goes America.

2020, in so many ways, is going to be a make it or break it year. It's an incredibly important time with the 2020 election for President in just a matter of months. And let's face it, there are lot of very prominent demoKKKrats in the Swamp who have no intentions of going to prison. They have demonstrated that over and over again in the past 3 years with "Russian Collusion," and their partisan Impeachment effort. At every turn they have attempted to undermine the legitimacy of the Trump Administration, his programs and policies. They have no intention of slowing down now when there's hope of taking back the Presidency, DOJ, FBI, CIA, etc. And did I mention that they hate America and its peasantry class, commonly called citizens.

Make no mistake, the demoKKKrat globalists plan on winning the Presidential election by hook or by crook, as the saying goes.

Ok, if you're going to be quoting scripture, please don't use the atrocious NIV. It is by far the worst translation available. No offense, but a word for word translation versus dynamic equivalence wins out every time.

The only version, therefore, to use is the Authorized King James, in which case, your reading would look like this:

The Lord Is My Light and My Salvation

Here are a couple of Federal laws that the Virginia Legislature and Governor are about to break'

USC Title 18 Section 242

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both;  and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both;  and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
