The only way Obama would face justice is if the U.S. military arrested him, flew him on a C-17 to GITMO, tried him via a military trial, and found him guilty of treason, theft, corruption, and guilty for his role in the murders of Michael Hastings, Andrew Breitbart, Seth Rich, and Justice Scalia.
The Left would order full riots, mayhem, and murder in revolt.
But even then, Obama is just another puppet of the bigger Deep State.
