Is withholding aid falling within the President’s powers?

If so, then don’t even waste a barf on this nonsense.

No one cares anymore.

Not even me and I’ve been called a concern troll a million times because i’m a worrier and always have been.

Even I’M NOT Worried anymore.

This dies in the senate if it gets there.

Let the msm keep typing away and spinning their wheels.

We’ll just keep winning

Anything new here? No! And the aid suspension never went into effect.

A NYT nothingburger. No bombshell disclosure here.

The call wasn’t controversial. Read the transcript.

It wasn’t a party line vote. A few Dems voted with repubs.

Bias and straight up incorrect information in just the first few lines. And they wonder why they’re not trusted. And they wonder why they’re labeled an enemy of the people.

The executive branch is charged with executing funds. It would be pretty irresponsible for the CEO to just hand out funds willy-nilly without any assurance that those funds are being used as intended. The fact that Trump did not hand them out without conducting due diligence as to the appropriateness of doing so is not only not impeachable, it shows that he is responsible with funds.

So what? The aid was sent to the Ukrainians, and they didn't have to investigate Biden to get it. Those are the only facts that matter.

Of course, the lefties dont care about facts which is why we keep having to keep hearing this nonsense.

An earlier email that Mr. Duffey sent to the Pentagon comptroller suggested that Mr. Trump began asking aides about $250 million in military aid set aside for Ukraine after noticing a June 19 article about it in the Washington Examiner.

And that June 19th article mentioned nothing about the Bidens, or even Ukrainian corruption.

President Trump simply wasn’t keen on the idea of U.S. taxpayers pissing away hundreds of millions of dollars in aid to a foreign country in Europe.

Anything new here? No! And the aid suspension never went into effect.

Wouldn't it be a hoot if it comes to be known that the reason the aid was not suspended is that President Trump overruled the officials?

Once the whistleblower exposed this, they went ahead and released the aid. What is the big deal about using an illegal quid pro quo in colluding with a foreign power to interfere in an election??

Baloney. They released the air because the House had just passed a government funding bill that had a line item for even more aid in the next funding cycle, and the Senate leadership told Trump that the aid had to be released unless he wanted to veto the entire spending bill.

What law forbids quid pro quo? How would such a demand be colluding with a foreign power? What law prohibits collusion?

When FDR sent old destroyers to the U.K. when the US was neutral and he demanded and received bases in the Caribbean in return why wasn’t he impeached for quid pro quo?
