After pushing for months to impeach President Trump, Nancy Pelosi abandoned all urgency on Thursday, playing coy on when she would send the case to the Senate - where Republicans accused her of getting “cold feet.”

But, confronted with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s far dimmer view of the impeachment hearings as the “most rushed, least thorough, and most unfair” in modern history, Pelosi’s pre-Christmas cheer soured.
McConnell’s remarks, Pelosi said, “reminded me that our Founders, when they wrote the Constitution, they suspected there could be a rogue president. I don’t think they suspected we could have a rogue president and a rogue leader in the Senate at the same time.”
When a reporter followed with, “To that end, you’re criticizing McConnell today …,” Pelosi cut off the inquiry and grew dour.
“Any other questions on any other things?” she testily asked reporters. “Anyone want to talk about the Mexico free trade agreement? Anybody care about that? Jobs for the American people? Progress in addressing globalism and the issues?
“Any other questions because I’m not going to answer any more questions on this,” she scolded.

Stuttering piglousy after the question was asked was a classic
The only spring in her step is due to wearing cushions in her high heels to help her bunions.

Not really, the spring is from taking too many Senokot and it’s kicking in earlier than expected!
If you’ve walked into a poker game and holding a Full House...having put $5,000 down on the table, your most significant risk here is that someone else at the table holds four of a kind or a Straight Flush. Most folks would continue to sit at the table and even double-down on the bet.
In this case, Pelosi was awaken from slumber and now realizes (maybe for the entire past three months) that McConnell actually holds a Straight Flush, and there is virtually no way to lessen the lost money situation.
A rogue President
Projection, it’s what the Left ALWAYS does. What we have is a rogue Congressional House. The Founding Fathers wanted a mechanism to rein in ANYONE who actually has broken the Law. Trump has done NOTHING illegal. Too bad the masses haven’t been apprised of the TRUTH. The TRUTH wil set you free.
Hey Nancy, the internal Dem polls that advised you and your caucus to invoke the Founders and use the term “morally courageous” every other sentence have failed laughably.
