A landmark ruling has found that there is no right to question whether a transgender person is a man or a woman. The Central London Employment Tribunal case upheld the sacking of tax expert Maya Forstater, 45, on Wednesday over 'offensive' tweets questioning government plans to allow people to self-identify as another gender. Miss Forstater, who worked for the Centre for Global Development, was let go by the think tank after sharing her views on reforms to Gender Recognition Certificates..

So let people self-identify.
Then any time anyone jumps ugly on a company for not having the required number of - insert protected class here - the employee/s drawing the short straw/s can self-identify as whichever class is needed.
For that matter wait until teen age drivers figure they can claim they're older for auto insurance purposes.
Now apply that to life insurance.
And health insurance....
Then the employee can sue them for using the “wrong” pronouns. No way for the normal person to win in this.
How is it that this whole self-identify transgender thing spread across so much of the world and now you are whoever you say you are that day and that it’s illegal to deny this “right”?
It’s like this was a plan to convert our society.
Auto insurance in some states is priced based on the driver’s years of driving experience, regardless of sex or age. It’s a reaction to many drivers’ getting their licenses at 18 or older and to females’ increasing accident rates (due to cell phones).

This is such a cluster. Everything from restrooms, to jobs, to freaking insurance is effed. For what?!

I think that, with the data-management tools we have today, insurance pricing could be much more reflective of individuals’ actual risk and experience.
Too bad you Britobs are held captive by an oppressive monster government set up by a Monarchy.

Insurance is a tool for managing risk. Not promoting social justice.
Note to employers, small to large: Cowering in your offices/boardrooms is no longer an option. Time to haul up your big girl panties and take a stand.
