It is indeed. McConnell knows The Constitution well and he is a master of Senate procedures. I appreciate him steadily confirming more than 170 federal judges of the Presidents; setting the Judiciary aright in the midst of the House foolery. His nation needs him to do his duty.
He should just say the president is not fully impeached until articles are sent to the senate. Until then it’s still in process at the house.
