On Saturday night, British journalist Hannah Partos was on a bus in central London, returning to her home. “(A) group of men behind me just started shouting ‘Are there any Jews on the bus, Jews get off the bus, (expletive) Jews,’ ” Partos live-tweeted. “I was shocked, turned around, thought of saying ‘yes, me, please stop.’ Thought better of it. Never seen anything like it.”
Partos’ ordeal in the middle of the capital of the world’s great parliamentary democracy is sickening to consider, but unsurprising. The most civilized nations, no less than others, are gripped by a tsunami of anti-Semitism, and it grows uglier and uglier, with Jews trapped in a pincer movement from the hard left and the hard right. Any conceit that this cancer has not metastasized in America is fanciful. The Anti-Defamation League’s annual audit of anti-Semitic incidents found that anti-Semitic assaults, harassment and vandalism have reached near-historic levels. Last Tuesday two anti-Semitic ideologues slaughtered innocents in a kosher market in Jersey City. On Saturday, around the same time thugs were threatening Jews on Partos’ London bus, a Beverly Hills synagogue was broken into, its prayer shawls and books purposefully desecrated. There is no sugar-coating it: This is the new normal.
In Boston last week, David Harris, the peripatetic head of the American Jewish Committee whose formidable diplomatic skills led the late Israeli President Shimon Peres to dub him “the foreign minister of the Jewish people,” identified “the three sources of the problem — extreme left, extreme right and jihadism,” and spoke about his organization’s focus on confronting it: mobilizing civic society and governments to fight back. There are, Harris observes, numerous factors in the virulence, the insidiousness and the spread of anti-Jewish hatred. “The Holocaust is a fading memory in an increasingly ahistorical world,” Harris says.

Sucks that we have to read our newspapers like the Russians used to read Pravda. What is left unmentioned is the real story. But it’s laughable that they think they’re fooling us with their deliberate, ideologically driven, politically-correct omissions.

Anti-Semitism is on the rise almost everywhere. FR is sadly, no exception. Even here, folks are feeling more and more free to express racist and anti-Semitic views.
Thanks to the American left, this is only going to get worse in the US.
As long as the vast majority of US Jews vote socialist (Democrat) there is no hope of properly dealing with this.
At some point (I believe) it will be up to us crazy right wing constitutionalists to defend US Jews from the fascists on the left. I do believe that. We will be called upon to use the guns that they have tried to take from us to defend them. Which I will do. Because I am a moral man and it is the right thing to do. NOT because I care personally about the leftists who have tried to destroy me, my country and our Constitution.
I will defend all Jews regardless of their political views. Sadly, I have little faith that leftist Jews in the US would risk their lives for me if the ANTIFA thugs were loading me onto a box car.

Today I visited a North Carolina company that is in fact a facility of an Israeli company.
There were both Hanuka and Christmas decorations.
But..... on the wall was a sort of plaque. The Message;

But I (hoping others feel the same) have antipathy for those on the left who despise me and wish me ill. If they are blacks or Jews, I believe that my antipathy is focused on their political beliefs and not their race or religion.
If they are black and hate me because I am white, I am not going to submit to that. Ditto for the socialist Jews like Bernie and Chuckie - ersatz Jews IMO. But it is not because they are black or Jews, it's because they hate me and our republic.

I am Jewish and I deplore the self-hating Jews who continue to be against Trump because their mommies once taught them to hate Republicans and be for the Dems and "the little guys" and against the rich who keep minorities down.
Trump helped Israel,acknowledged Jerusalem,helped Netanyahu,declared anti-semitism a U S hate crime (2019) and has done more to help all minorities and "little guys" get jobs and income than anyone in decades. Unemployment is down.
