I'll tell you what causes an "imbalance of power" is the government full of SOBs like those who blabbered for the Schiff Circus who spewed how their parents were in government, how they went to the "right schools" and how they had to "educate" new members of Congress who didn't have the experience and "perspective" professionals in government have.
