Carter Page was never hit with a perjury trap and/or charged by Mueller. I suspect there never will be a Page law suit because that would lead to the discovery that Page was a willing participant in Spygate.
The fact that he wasn’t charged is not relevant to the fact that he has grounds to sue.
Whether he does or not is another thing.
