A New Hyposthesis: How did they build the Peruvian stone walls
Ancient Architects ^ | Brien Forrester

Posted on 12/09/2019 5:07:55 PM PST by wildbill

A video on a hypothesis that the Inca stone walls in Peru were actually constructed by using a stone slurry packed into containers and hardened by fire/

This is a follow up to the previous thread about technology needed to cut precision stonework for the Egyptian pyramids and monuments. It hypothesizes a new theory of building neolithic stoneworks with techniques that are still used today, albeit in much smaller adobe structures.

Interesting because it answers most of the mysteries in the Inca walls including the odd shapes, lifting huge stones into perfectly shaped locations, strange protrusions and some evidence of vitrification.

It had me with the bags of stone slurry theory UNTIL it conflated two events, adding that the hardening occured via Dayas comets. That would assume that some ancient civilization knew that the comet shower in the N>American land mass (and a few in S. America) could have been predicted in advance and a "bag wall" build in advance to take advantage of the heat from the far off comet strikes. That would take a terribly precise bit of time prediction as well as placements. Look for ideas that humans could figure out for the necessary heat to finish

They were stones cut from quarry and transported to the building site.

How they did it is a mystery. Still.

Funny, I was just watching a video about this today. Bags of cement? We can’t tell the difference between cement and stone?
And can’t someone simply core into one of them, find some trace of bags or wood frames, and carbon date it?
By the way, I also watched a vid about a place called Caral, in Peru, that has very ancient stone structures that may date back to around 3000BC. I’d never heard of it before.

It’s nonsense. Just try filling a bag with 5 or 10 tons
of cement...

Just how did they make 10 tons of cement any way?

Have any evidence of “bags” been found between the blocks?

Moving them and shaping them were hard enough but they
obviously knew how to do it.

I’ve seen this malarkey before. These stones weren’t poured in bags. An aggregate material, even a very fine one would be very obvious. What a stupid theory.

Well, give them that, and then we have to conclude that the Human (Hum-a-cis) race is getting dumber.

Even without that, I have preached that the Human race is getting dumber. More information maybe, but less capability to apply it.

Laws of Thermodynamics, applied to civilization.

Would love it if they were formed by bags of premixed concrete that all you had to do was pile up in interesting forms and turn on your hose for a few hours. After it sets and dries, you could burn off the burlap bags.

762X51: “What a stupid theory.”

Yes.

The only thing worse than stupid theories are the total ignoramuses who post them. Thank you, wildbill, for wasting everyone’s time.
