A formerly vegan influencer revealed to her fans that she spent 30 days eating nothing but meat and animal products. She also revealed that the new diet had some surprisingly positive effects on her health.
Alyse Parker, who has over 200K Instagram followers and over 700K Youtube subscribers, explained her decision on Instagram. In a post, she revealed that she decided to try the Carnivore Diet after hearing about all of the health benefits from friends who switched from being vegan to eating only meat and animal products.

ever notice that when you go into health food stores everyone looks pale, skinny, pimples, and just not healthy looking?
Human beings are omnivores. We need a balanced diet of plant and animal products. Dumping meat is stupid, you need critical nutrition from meat/fish/poultry.
I’ve noticed the opposite in Whole Foods- lots of healthy looking folks shopping there, as well as Sprouts.
the ones around us- the folks working them do not look good at all-
Vegetables go through you, while meat stays with you. I.E. Protein is always better than eating roughage.
Omnivore, balanced diet...no, can’t find a way to make money on that. We need to find something else. My advice, keep looking.

There are nutrients which aren’t bioavailable unless they are processed through an animal whose digestive system can process it.
Is the heart killer endogenous or exogenous? My husband had a 5 way bypass a couple months ago at 53.. his diabetes was corrected years before that with Atkins. His dad died at 53 from his ha.
He is now on high dose statins to correct his endogenous overproduction of lipids.
Should have embraced the statins after his stent 4 years before.. it just hurt his bones so bad.

What is “ha”?
Tell him to speak with his doctor. I was having bone and joint pain from Lipitor. I told my doctor and he switched me to Crestor. Problem solved.
