Warren gets a question in NH town hall from a voter asking what she shud tell relatives about the past claims of Native American ancestry. “I shouldn’t have done it. I am not a person of color, I am not a citizen of a tribe. And I have apologized for confusion I have caused”

At the end you are saying it had nothing to do with a job you got or any special benefit. I bet Harvard records disagree with that statement.

If ANYBODY owes “reparations,” it is Warren and Harvard University.
She just confessed to egregious law breaking criminality. I have every confidence that the American judicial system will indict, try, and convict her because, as we all we’ll know, “nobody is above the law.”
The issue is not confusion caused, the issue is fraud leading to ill-gotten gains—ill-gotten gains that put her in the position she is in today.
She’s only adored by the touchy-feely winner class. The ones that think they know what everyone else is thinking and are drowning in guilt.

If Adam Schitt isn’t being indicted for criminal fraud for trying to scam Congress by creating and reading a fake telephone transcript then I doubt Warren ever will.
Lieawatha may not be indicted in a court of law, but she was indicted in the court of public opinion long ago and all the people who have tried to make her a serious contender whther as polsters or as pundits and whether they are on the left, on the right, at the Democrat Underground, and here at Free Republic have recieved a very, very uniform mockery.
The whole fraudulent Indian thing killed her career and there was never going to be any coming back.
Her supporters get mocked for supporting her (a fun activitywhich I relish) and in the end it wears them down. No matter what she promises or to whom she is political poison.
So does this make her a half-white black Jamaican? Or a half-black white indian? Or a white indian-black Jamaican?
I get confused with labels.

If she was a Republican she would be indicted and charged with mail fraud and criminal impersonation.

I hope she faces a legal reckoning over it. I guess she’s betting any statute of limitations about her bogus claims have run out, so now she’s making a clean breast of it.
