Representative Adam Schiff's Impeachment Circus continued with his latest act — radical militant leftist law professor Pam Karlan. Not only is Karlan a radical militant leftist law professor, she is a dishonest one. You won't find a single mainstream outlet that is giddy over her shrill testimony touch on her false scholarship.
Karlan worked at the Justice Department during the Obama administration. Not much got done on her watch. Where she really excels, however, is lobbing false charges at conservatives or Republicans.
When I was an attorney at the Justice Department, I worked on a Voting Rights Act case that Karlan hated. Why? Because the victims of the racial discrimination were white. We proved our case and won, but that didn't matter to Karlan. She was still bitter that the Bush administration protected white people from racial discrimination against a black defendant election official.
She even peddled the nonsense in a published law review article. Karlan falsely wrote, “For five of the eight years of the Bush Administration, [they] brought no Voting Rights Act cases of its own except for one case protecting white voters.”
Karlan's sleight of hand might be interesting... if it were true. Sadly, for her credibility, it is demonstrably false, and she has never once corrected her false scholarship. Her fellow travelers never mention her falsehood and instead praise and elevate her, still.
This is demonstrably false; any visit to the DOJ website demonstrates this. Karlan says the Voting Section brought no cases to protect minorities under the Voting Rights Act in five of eight years -- let's look at the record:

Find um , fix um , track um , hunt um. There has to be a cost for sedition and lying that is too terrible to bear. Even to chance it . Right now there isn’t. The traitors are out if control . Our Constituion should not be used to give cover for vast and outright treason.

Supposedly an expert on the Constitution, she stated Article 2 prevents the granting of titles of nobility. That prohibition is actually in Article 1. Maybe a simple mistake, but it’s not that long of a document that a professor of Constitutional Law should get it mixed up.
She is a liar. She’s a Democrat, so not surprised.
Personally I lump all Democrats into mentally unstable category. Self-absorption seems to be their one constant.

I have not watched this circus before... caught a little of it this evening. Anger ... aghast.... they sit there and lie .. make up anything they want.. and there no rebuttal. No one is telling them it’s not true. They put whatever they want in what they say... My God... where is truth.. they don’t care... and they are leaders in our government!!!
what has this nation become? The people are not human... they are without conscience. People are hearing these lies.. people believe them... it’s said all day by “professors” and they take it as fact.
And all this time... the guilt is on THEIR side. Not word about obama and the harm he did with what he did or what he didn’t do... about hillary and what she did... about bidens, they were the ones doing what they say Trump did.. and they have the balls to say the words and then assign them to Trump... man, it’s maddening...!

Good link shows proof that Karlan is a liar. These assholes make statements that can be checked instantly for truthfulness. Don’t they realize that?
Watching the hearing now and her answers are from a script that was given her. The questions were known and the answers were brief enough to be easily memorized.
This hearing is just part of the big shitt show.
Nadler is the poster boy for “ugliness,” in every sense of the word.
Impeachment is the damnocrat’s goal and has been since 2016.
