Didn’t know if you caught it in the hearings today,...I believe it was Nunes or Collins, who brought to the attention of the woman lawyer from Stanford that in Trump’s telephone call to the Ukraine Pres, he never asked for a quid pro quo and when she had slipped saying he had asked for the Ukrainian to do something for him, Nunes or Collins corrected her, stating Trump’s quote was for “ we want you to do the right thing”, to which she responded Trump was using the “Monarchical We” meaning himself, hence the Democrats are reading into everything he says as being “Monarchical” and Quid Pro Quo.
A few hours later Karlan apologized for using a minor child in her example.
Which means the 'joke' about Trump's son Barron was scripted.
If Professor Karlan is brought back to give her hatred a new airing, someone needs to ask her if that little piece of filth was written for her. She seemed mildly embarrassed that mocking a child didn't go over as well as she thought it would. I suspect democrats set her up. She doesn't seem snarky enough to have come up with it on her own.
