Nadler just cut off a request to clarify how the rules for the hearing will be applied. They’re unclear.

Can’t believe the republicans let this farce go this far!! I’ll NEVER FORGIVE McConnell and the rest for NOT hitting back with full force! I feel like I’m personally being attacked, not the president because he represents us..THEY are attacking us!! The RNC has no idea the full impact these three years have brought upon the Republican base, 63 million people have come under the attack of these evil bastards! And they have not lifted one effing finger! Only a handful have come to our rescue and they will be rewarded accordingly!! Thank you!

This is just schiff handing the whole mess to nadler so when they don’t impeach nadler will get blamed... nadler just doesn’t get it yet.
I'm not convinced the House will vote to impeach and give up control of the narrative (weak as it is). I can totally see the House voting to censure, claiming they “know” the GOP-controlled Senate won't have a fair trial and do the right thing. Censure being the best they can do unless they get control of the Senate after 2020.
As others have stated, this is purely 2020 campaign theater. The Dems are way behind in fundraising. What better way to get free political advertising from the media that to have a stunt like this while using the rules to prevent Trump and the GOP from fully presenting their defense?

He's judge material. Conclusion first, rationale after, all the while disclaiming personally holding a position, and being compelled by the facts and law.
The legal "profession" is infested with dishonest hacks and parasites. I view it as incurably diseased.
I think they should ask over and over every few minutes. Make Nadler look bad every time.
