Actor and left-wing activist Mark Ruffalo, reportedly worth around $30 million, has called for an “economic revolution” in the United States, warning that free-market capitalism is “killing us” and robbing the peace and prosperity of future generations.
Ruffalo made his revolutionary call via Twitter, sharing a Time magazine article entitled “How America’s Elites Lost Their Grip.”

I hate standing on a soapbox and ‘preaching’ to the public, but capitalism is the only reason that Marvel survived to be what it is today. Go back to the beginning and Martin Goodman, who turned to publishing cheap reading material for kids and adults.
Go back to 1933, and the creation in the midst of the depression of Western Supernovel Magazine. Even with severe economics in the balance....people bought reading material.
In the early 1960s, Goodman turns to his chief comics guy (Stan Lee) and says ‘produce a super hero comic’. All the billions that Marvel movies made....goes back to risks that Martin Goodman took and a capitalist system giving you the avenue to produce and sell something (even a comic).
All of these anti-capitalism idiots would simply prefer to live under a bridge, eat wild strawberries and bark, and use their afternoons to hunt for firewood.

I agree with him! Let’s abolish capitalism one industry at a time starting with the entertainment industry. All private funding of motion pictures and television should be banned. Funding for those purposes should come only from the government, which should also determine the staffing and compensatory structure for those projects. To avoid placing an undue burden on the public treasury as a consequence of this new responsibility, the excess wealth of those who profited unfairly from the old capitalist model of the entertainment industry should be confiscated.

Capitalism is not a bad thing but combined with globalism it is killing the middle class of the USA. Some “citizens of the world”, i.e. most people of the world, hate Americans so they applaud this happening.
How about price controls on movies?
