White House counsel Pat Cipollone on Sunday night informed House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) that they will not take part in the panel's first impeachment hearing later this week.

Nadler deliberately set it up to provoke a negative reply from the President. That way the committee can create an additional article of impeachment based on the President's refusal to cooperate with this process (another "obstruction" case).
I saw a copy of the Mueller Report in a bookstore, with Alan Dershowitz's introduction. He states very clearly that Mueller should not have been appointed in the first place, that Rosenstein should have recused himself for various reasons, and that when the Mueller team was done they should not have issued a report. Rather peculiar introduction to the report, saying that it should not exist in the first place.

You know what will be enjoyable? The IG and other report that blasts the guilty Dems. Maybe Trump can read portions like Mayor LaGuardia read kids the comics over the radio during a labor strike.
