My main objection to legalization is that when individuals have toked themselves into befuddled unemployability the libs in the legislature will declare the dependence a disease and put them on the dole for life.

Those who before legalization were responsible enough to not use because it was illegal, will after legalization remain responsible enough to not toke themselves into befuddled unemployability.

What about those who don't behave responsibly? They are the ones that concern me.
