There are many parts of ourcountry where the IQ of the average jury member equals that of an average 10-year-old.

Sounds to me like a sure overturn on appeal.
All jurors are asked by the presiding judge to swear and affirm that they will listen to both sides of the case before them and decide the facts in the case with full impartiality.
Apparently this juror wasn’t listening to a lot of what went on in the courtroom.
Mr.Stone’s treatment at the hands of the witch judge should be a lesson to all of those hot heads that constantly post that they want to see indictments and trials now...immediately.
I am of the opinion that President Trump and Attorney General Barr are figuring out how to try the criminals in courts that are not contaminated by the evil swamp.
Some of the “hot heads” not really hot heads, but are dim trolls or never Trumpers.
Barr is brilliant and he will not let never trumpers, trolls and hot heads push him into premature action.
We are witnessing a revolution on the courts. When the dust settles, there will be fair and honest trials.
The opposite of jury nullification.

Maybe it should be, but I don’t think it is. I don’t think convictions are ever overturned because there was a moron on the jury.

Think carefully.
There’s a difference between “a moron in the jury” and one who writes an op ed admitting injustice.
Can any former Jury member prompt a retrial if they later make certain kinds of remarks? I didn’t realize their after trial remarks could justify a complaint by the plaintiff.
I’m not sure if I worded my question correctly.
As you can see, I have not passed The Bar.
There were numerous process problems that Judge Berman caused.
The central issue in the “lies about Wikipedia” is if Russia actually used Wikipedia and gave them the emails. If that can’t be proved, then there really is no case. The Judge refused to acknowledge that.
