On Saturday, Climate protestors interrupted the Yale-Harvard football game at halftime by taking the field and refusing to leave. The protest was organized by two groups, Divest Harvard and Fossil Free Yale. The crowd of protestors consisted of students, alumni, and, of course, faculty members.
The protestors unfurled banners that read "Nobody Wins Yale and Harvard Are Complicit In Climate Justice," "This Is An Emergency," and another one addressed to the universities' presidents, "Our Future Demands Action Now."

The coaches from both teams should have directed their men to tackle those snowflakes!

Well, football ya know…toxic masculinity and all that.
They’ve been TAUGHT to be this afraid, for political purposes. They’ve been told the world is ending, we’ll all starve, die of thirst and roast from K-college. Same message is repeated through entertainment and academia.

I’ve heard the same stats for the United States. They’ve been lied to that the world is ending and it is their selfish parents’ fault, hate your parents and their culture and blindly obey us, the liberals who will save you. Sacrifice your fertility, your wealth and everything. We promise you won’t die in a liberal appropriation of the Book of Revelations.
Admins at universities are 90%+ far liberal. The school leadership likely agreed with this and enabled it, just as professors taught them to be this afraid and the tactics used.
Perhaps their dreams were shattered, such as how Greta Thunberg had her dreams shattered, because the world won’t follow her decrees on global warming.
Yep, if their universities divest from fossil fuels, and their use, well, it gets mightly cold in New Haven and Cambridge in the wintertime.

Further down the article, apparently one of the team captains says they stand in solidarity with the fidiots on the field. Shakin’ my dang head.
You can’t even bring in a sandwich! Good observation.
It would be amusing if both colleges lost their power for a week or so. Let them live the nightmare they yearn for.

I DEMAND the protestors divest themselves of anything and everything they have in their possession that has any connection in any way shape or form to fossil fuels or synthetics made from evil oil. NOW! They’ll love looking out over the frozen ground from the veranda of their mud huts with dung fires burning in the background. Fookin’ idjits! Butt, at least hi scroll drop out re-greta-bull will be pleased.
It was cool day there. They should have been surrounded, then sprayed down with cold soapy water. The soap makes the cold water penetrate their clothing, then let them freeze.
