Difference is, Stalin wanted the food in the cities, and to starve the peasants.

“Controlling the Interstates will starve the cities”

No it won’t. You’d be amazed at the circuitous routes truckers will take to make their delivery/get paid. In a blockade situation police and paramilitary ‘guards’ will escort trucks through. If they have air cover those will take out blockades before the convoys reach them. Then there are also reaction forces to respond to issues along the route. And security forces to report on the usability and security posture status along the entire route before the convoy departs its secured holding area. Then there are security details to actively patrol the route....

Someday the U.S. media’s (ABC/CBS/CNBC/CNN/MSNBC/NBC/NPR) intentionally hiding Morales role in expanding coca production in and export from Bolivia will be exposed. They have not been ignorant of that issue, they simply did not give the U.S. public much info on it, because doing so was not in the Left’s political interests. They preferred to sell the myths that Morales and the American Left wanted sold. While pretending to be “for” the natives of Bolivia, he has trampled all over their rights to expand coca production in Bolivia.

And then IEDs, ambushes, blowing bridges and culverts, and then sniping repair crews, who aren't Democrat fans to begin with, truckers begin to ask if getting a single bullet at 500 yards, thru the windshield, even if it doesn't hit, this time, is it worth it to support Communist college students and Democrat thieves...

Are we having fun yet? Civil wars are not neat and pretty.

although he voluntarily resigned, and is now demanding that the government reject his resignation and reinstate him...

Who does he think he is? Antonio Brown?

You got that right, he did what had to be done. Just pray we never face what he did, here in the US. But if the Rats had their way, that's precisely what would happen.

Uparmoring is a common technology nowadays. Not even a .50 will get thru a ballistic windshield. But the increased weight, maintenance and decreased range of uparmored trucks are almost prohibitive.

Most of the people in cities just want to work and to be left alone. Of those who are political, most are anti-American leftists. A small minority of those in politics in the cities are decent, patriotic Americans. The ones who want to be left alone and the conservatives are mostly good people. All will suffer if (when?) the globalists force a civil war. I feel bad for the decent people, and I pray that they are armed so they will be able to defend themselves from the feral mob or at least take an honor guard of predators to the next life when they are overwhelmed.

Are you saying that there’s a chance city snowflakes will not be able to make Avocado Toast?

Uparmor a SEMI? The tractor, maybe. The BOX? And enough of them to feed a city? Hesco barriers around Chicago? And you're skipping over the who.

Except for the Obama O-5s and above, who is going to to be the boots on the ground protecting Leftist Anti-Americans? And, who is going to harvest the grain, and grow the meat, and combine the corn? Or are the Blue Helmets going to import enough to feed cities, by air?

The Anti-Constitution Democrats, who can't be convinced when they were 18 to piss away 4 years humping the willy wags, and NOW are going to bet they won't be a target at 600 yards? Local PDs? The ones hated by BLM? Antifa? John Browns? All 12 of them?

This is NOT the Red Army, that would recruit a division at one end of a continent to shoot up a strange place that doesn't even speak the same language...

You might want to re-consider the plan. This all has been given some thought, and efforts have been made to convince the Left that they WILL come out on the fuzzy end of the lolly pop..

Same here in the USA.

California democrats shutdown water delivery to the breadbasket of America in the central valley allegedly for a minnow.
California democrats to PG&E: Shut off power to conservative areas.

Democrat party to New Orleans governor during Katrina: Do not let the people escape the flooding.

Oh, I know. We live at the northern end of the Sacramento Valley. We drive by all those dead orchards every time we go south to visit family.
