KIEV (Reuters) - Ukraine has widened its investigation into the founder of energy company Burisma to include suspicion of embezzling state funds, Prosecutor General Ruslan Ryaboshapka said on Wednesday. Allegations of wrongdoing at Burisma go to the heart of a U.S. impeachment inquiry into whether President Donald Trump improperly pressured Ukraine’s leadership to investigate his main rival in the 2020 presidential race.

It would be a shame if that "widening investigation" hopped over to this: Nancy Pelosi's son Paul Pelosi Jr. (who went to Ukraine in 2017) was a board member of Viscoil and executive at its related company NRGLab, which did Business in Ukraine.
There might even be a bit of sniffing around John Kerry's step-son and Mittens as well.

I finally got to watch parts of the hearing. How was this a bad day for the POTUS? Sonland looked like an idiot at best, a liar coup conspirator at worst.
I bet this investigation was already rolling back in April.

So what if there was quid-pro-quo: suppose *any* President /had/ required an investigation as a pre-condition before we sent any funds - how is that not within any President’s prerogative to do?

There is nothing wrong with what he did, especially in light of all the evidence now coming out of Ukraine re corruption during the Obama administration.
I guess John Bolton was correct when he said Rudy would be a human hand grenade by showing up in Ukraine. Heck- Biden Inc is merely the first piece of flying shrapnel.
