Now is complaining that a whole lot of people from the White House had the nerve to get involved with Ukraine.

What the Kenyan from Indonesia said was that he did not have the authority to change immigration laws on his own.

And then he did it anyway.

But then again, the Constitution says he can’t be President.

This is the same Supreme Court that sided with President Trump on the “Muslim ban” immigration case.

They will essentially rule that Obama’s memos cannot be repealed, ever.

They would have to stand the entire system of government on it’s head. They would have to rule that an unconstitutional MEMO by Obama cannot be repealed by an EO by Trump. In essence saying that Obama created a law through an unconstitutional method but they are okay with that.

“Now that Trump is poised for what appears to be a victory for rule of law in the Supreme Court on the matter of ending DACA,”

I wouldn’t rush to count those chickens yet.

This seems so obvious to me that, if it doesn’t go 9-0 then something is really wrong here.

If the Supreme Court upholds the clearly illegal DACA, then the rule of law is undeniably dead.

But the Rule Of Memo will be quite alive.

All hail President Janet Napolitano!

Why not, the Constitution was shredded on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 and hardly anybody noticed.
