Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett indicated the alleged Ukraine whistleblower could be "implicated" in the Justice Department inspector general's report on possible abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
In a report last week, Real Clear Investigations named CIA officer Eric Ciaramella as possibly being the whistleblower whose complaint sparked impeachment proceedings against President Trump.
A post on Jarrett's personal website, authored by "staff" and shared by his verified Twitter account, said a key takeaway was the "reported direct relationship" Ciaramella had with former President Barack Obama's CIA Director John Brennan and national security adviser Susan Rice, as well as "the “Democratic National Committee operative who dug up dirt on the Trump campaign during the 2016 election."
This "makes them a likely candidate to be at the very least called as a witness in the cases that are likely to start following the FISA report," the post said, "In addition, his area of expertise is reportedly Russia and Ukraine; two of the reported locations where information used in the anti-Trump Russian Dossier was 'gathered.' The name that Real Clear Investigations revealed is also listed as a source in one of Robert Mueller’s footnotes in his report."
The post said if the information in the RCI report is true, "it is possible that this 'whistleblower' could be one of the individuals who might need a defense lawyer in the coming weeks when the findings of the FISA report are made public."

It was either a sting by the WH or Schiff got wind that a call was made and just made stuff up. The WB document wasn't even close to being accurate. Trump seems really confident with his "I caught the swamp" comment yesterday..
I think you've "Hit the nail on the head", as they say... But don't for get Billary... It's becoming more obvious with each passing day that it's all about a "Shake Down" in the Ukraine..They're now saying it was seven billion dollars that went missing in the Ukraine... Did everyone at the top of the State Department and the Intelligences Agencies get a cut of that action..? Maybe so..! It would certainly seem that they were and probably still are a bunch of crooks... They don't call her "Crooked Hillary" for nothing... :)
Schiff didn’t make anything up.
There is a rebellion, now more or less in the open, in the State Department and (worse) in the Defense Department over Ukraine, or whatever it is Ukraine has come to represent.
I mean, “Ukraine” per se is of no military or political importance to a Constitutional Republic across the Atlantic Ocean.
But the “International Community”, which means basically the State Department, the UK Foreign Office, MI6, the CIA, Mossad, and the various NGOs that feed off of them had developed a fairly clever policy to USE the unstable Ukrainian state as a club to beat Russia AND as an ATM for various projects that couldn’t be funded directly, as well as to enrich the Masters of the Universe (Biden, Romney, and many others).
Trump, by failing to resign according to plan, accidentally unleashed a wrecking ball on the whole Ukraine project.
And now, the conspirators (who are not defeated) think they have a golden chance to bring hm down - and they are right.
