The Senate must not legitimize the House’s sham impeachment
The Washington Compost ^ | 11-6-2019 | Hugh Hewitt

There are three paths before Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) when it comes to any articles of impeachment the House of Representatives eventually sends the Senate’s way. One is short: a quick dismissal by the Senate of the House charges. One is long: an extensive trial that would let the president and his defenders expose wrongdoing by Democrats and their ”permanent bureaucracy” allies. The third — the only approach that is obviously wrong but that may also be the most likely outcome — would be a far more limited trial that would serve only to reward Democrats for their bad behavior before reaching the foreordained conclusion that the president will not be removed from office.

They only way they think they can win is to tarnish the president, they have nothing to offer, nothing

Just read that House withdrew subpeona for Bolton's assistant. So it likely means that they won't subpeona Bolton either.

I seem to remember that the last "analysis" for the aid was by Bolton.

And I've been saying that Bolton is the good guy who would blow up the Dem's fairy tale....despite the words between him and the President.

You have to look at his WHOLE history.

We all know the deal being made in back rooms is the coup conspirators get to walk in exchange for Impeachment going away.

The Dems need a Plan B........Plan A is kaput.

Putting the menacing Schiff out there, throwing out unprovable charges left and right, IS NOT WORKING.

American are having none of it.

Dems concoct wild accusations......as visions of total control of Americans dance in their fool heads.

“Dream on, suckers. Nanzi cant pull it off.”

The Senate Trial should mirror exactly the way the House operated. Secret Testimony, complete control of the release of information, DemonRatz completely shut out of the process.

And Mitch should lay it out exactly that way, following the DemonRatz procedure to a T.

They all watch way TOO much Hollywood TV programming and Hollywood movies about US politics and they have constantly swallowed their own BS hype about how things work and how things are.

They keep on writing these ‘scenarios’ in their heads and spoon feeding that crap to the equally mindless, star struck and infantile MSM.

This is what happens when the so called ‘media’ watchdogs openly and eagerly take a side (any side) and fail in their duty to keep EVERYONE honest!

If we had a real media....none of this would be going on.

What is starting to emerge is evidence that the current impeachment process is part of a continuum;
everything WRT the whistleblower is part of a long-ago planned and pre-constructed coup operation.

Two strong examples come from Mark Zaid, attorney for CIA “whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella. are very pertinent:
<><>Mark S. Zaid @MarkSZaidEsq. "It's very scary. We will get rid of him (Trump);
this country is strong enough to survive even him and his supporters. We have to" 9:45 PM · Jul 1, 2017
<><> Mark S. Zaid @MarkSZaidEsq. #coup has started. As one falls, two more will take their place.

NOTICE THE DATES: The current HPSCI legislative impeachment process, and every little aspect within it,
is the execution of a plan, just like the DOJ/FBI plan was before it....... in 2016, 2017 & 2018.

On Fox this am this man, didn’t know his name, said that Zaid should be investigated by Bar Association for his statement in 2017. Someone should make a complaint. This is where Dems are 20 steps ahead of any Republican. They go for the throat instantly don’t dawdle.

I saw at Louisianna rally President was reading the Zaid email statement to his supporters.

I guess also President asked Barr to make a statement that the President has done nothing wrong and Barr declined.

I can understand Barr not willing to do that at this time. It is up to Senate to stop this impeachment one way or another.

I think Hugh is angling for the “Most Shocking Conversion Since Leah Remini Award”.

I really fear that Plan B is the ol' .38 caliber electoral vote.

This has been a coup attempt by the “whistleblower’s” own attorney’s tweets. Why isn’t Trump insisting on the AG prosecuting these criminals?? This is hurting our country.

The Senate is hoping for one solid reason to vote for conviction.
