U.S. diplomat Bill Taylor, during his deposition last month, identified the New York Times as the sole source of his claim that President Donald Trump wanted Ukraine to help him get dirt on Joe Biden, transcripts released Wednesday show.
Besides a New York Times article, “I have no other information from what the [U.S.] president was thinking,” he declared under questioning by Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) during his October 22 deposition, given behind closed doors.
The transcripts of his testimony described the Zeldin-Taylor exchange as follow:
Zeldin: What was the goal of requesting investigations into 2016 election and [Ukrainian company that employed Hunter] Burisma?
Taylor: As I understand it from one of the maybe the article in the New York Times about [Trump’s private lawyer] Mr. [Rudy] Giuliani’s interest in Burisma, in that article, he describes, and I think he quotes Giuliani at some length, that article indicates that Giuliani was interested in getting some information on Vice President Biden that would be useful to Mr.Giuliani’s client. I think that’s what he says. He says he’s got one client, and he’s useful to the client.
Zeldin: And then it’s your inference that Mr. Giuliani’s goal would be the President’s goal?
Taylor: Yes.
Zeldin: And your source is the New York Times?
Taylor: Yes.
Zeldin: So do you have any other source that the President’s goal in making this request was anything other than the New York Times?
Taylor: I have not talked to the president. I have no other information from what the President was thinking.

One would think he could have re-read the article as it was his sole source of “information” for his testimony. Instead he says “I think that’s what it said”. Twice!

So what date, section and page of the NYT did he get this from? And what is their supposed source?

With that in mind, we can know everything they are up to by just examining the accusation du jour.

Boy, this is rich. Information laundering between the IC Deep State and their willing accomplices in the propaganda media has been laid bare by the past 3 years developments.
No wonder they are trying to impeach. We had to expect the swamp to fight with all they have.
We all know what lying, manipulative, malicious, arrogant, hypocritical, incompetent, nefarious, illegitimate, corrupt, narcissistic, scumbags ALL of these people are.
But, what is even worse is, these are the people that have been entrusted to represent us on the worldwide stage. These are the people that represent us when the US was negotiating trade deals with China, etc. And we wonder why the country is in the position that it is in.
President Trump has done a multitude of things. One of the most incredible things he’s done is expose all these Senior Executive Staffers as being absolute and complete morons. To get to that level one has to do one, or a combination of a few things: go to the right school, bow to the Establishment/Deep State Puppet Masters, support to no end-the Democratic Party/UniParty(whether openly or behind closed doors), and be a loyal soldier to the causes of Soros, et al. You do one or more of those things, you’re in the club, no matter how dumb you are. This is what all the FBI/DOJ Youngling’s were or trying to be, so they could get into the club. The more boxes you can check the higher up the ladder you go.
This is a Senior US Diplomat admitting to the world that his source was an unverified, biased article in a newspaper that has been proven, numerous times, to publish lies.
Holy Sh*t.....and this is just the one we know about.
However, having worked closely with DOS employees, while in Iraq, I can promise you, for them their time with State is about spending as much time overseas as possible, where it’s about 80% or more of partying and doing nothing, 10% work, and 10% trying to figure out to not do work or pass said work off to someone else. You’d all be sickened by what passes as representatives of the US.
